Emily Logan Lewis, aka Emily The Mystic, is an Intuitive Mentor, Spiritual Teacher and Akashic Records Master Consultant. In this workshop, Sacred Sustenance: Enhancing Your Magic Through Nutrition is an immersive experience weaving together the science and spiritual worlds. Participants will explore the gut-brain connection, the profound impact of well balanced nutrition and discover why breath work can effect our heart rate, digestion and nervous system. By harnessing the power of breath, participants will learn how to utilize the breath cycle to optimize digestion, regulate the nervous system and deepen spiritual connection to the Divine. Participants will also explore ways to integrate cultural foods and ingredients into daily rituals and spell work to deepen their spiritual practices and connect with their ancestors. Guided by event facilitators, this journey culminates with a breath work exercise and guided shadow alchemy journey to clear blockages related to receiving.

Christina Brewster @the_witchyintern is Registered Dietitian Nutritionist and shadow alchemist who uses medical nutrition therapy, breath work and witchcraft to help clients heal their relationship to food and their bodies. With over a decade of experience in the field of nutrition, Christina has seen the role toxic diet culture has had in separating us from our bodies and our divinity. By healing the channel of receiving, clients can then nourish their bodies according to their needs; not society’s standards. Christina also utilizes shadow alchemy to clear malevolent spirit attachments, hexes, curses, and/or soul contracts that directly impact our eating habits, how we view our bodies and our relationship to receiving. Outside of her career, you can find Christina in her backyard with her husband, 2 kids and Siberian Husky; occasionally running inside to stir a pot of gravy and meatballs.
