In this mystical guest episode, Emily interviews Gayle Revels who is a psychopomp and energy healer that specializes in helping people remove energies that are attached to them so they can regain their sovereignty. She loves helping spirits move from being stuck with or causing problems for us back to where they truly belong. Spirits are often bound by curses or vows or contracts and undoing them is an important part of her work. Those bindings can be on purpose and meant to cause harm, but they could also have been intended to be helpful or guiding and set up by our ancestors.
